Covid Workout for home
I use the product on my rug, would've given it 5 stars if I had carpet. They tend to heat up and the movement slows down- or I may just weigh too much. I'm around 240 lbs at 5'10", powerlifter/wanna-be-bodybuilder type body. Since I had no access to free weights been concentrating on body weight. A nice addition to my home/garage gym.
