It's not in the picture** A: Yes, mine came with it. **Q: Does this compass come with the other drafting tools pictured such as the triangles, shape templates, flex curve, etc.?** A: No. It only has the Mars Compass and its associated items (extenders, pen mount, extra leads and pins; all of that is in its case. It does NOT include any other non-associated drafting supplies triangles, shape templates, flex curves, etc. You will need to purchase those separately. I have never seen one 'kit' that has all those items together, unless your school or business has made some special arrangements. **Q: I have this, but not seeing how to insert the lead into the extender? Am new to using a compass.** A: The usage of the foot bar is as follows. Loosen the screw in the middle of the side with the compass wick to remove the wick holder. Insert the foot bar there. It can be used by inserting the wick holder into the tip of the foot bar.
