This does not come with nail glue, but the description states that the package should contain exactly what I received, so that does not negatively affect my given star rating. The contents of my package were: a nail file, a wooden cuticle push-back stick, and neatly stacked nails, all wrapped in plastic. The nails adhered with the nail glue that I had at home. I didn't have to file down my real nails at all. Even though my nails have been habitually chewed since childhood to the point that on many of them the nail beds have receded back near the base, I had no issue putting these plastic ones on. There were extra nails in each color of varying sizes to help me achieve the perfect fit. To remove them, I could soak my fingertips in a mixture of lemon juice and vinegar, then gently pull them up by the edges without damage to my real skin and nails. They are not too thin, they are easy to file, and they require no clear top coats to look decent. My family thought these were real. My plan is to wear the fake nails until I kick the nail biting habit so that my infant daughter doesn't copy me as she grows older.*Update*: The plan is working. I've been enjoying having nice looking fake nails that show me how lovely my hands could look if I kicked my habit. My real nails are growing underneath and have not been damaged at all even though my real nails were thin and I have been wearing sets back to back. I'm looking forward to being rid of my habit for good, having healthy real nails, and setting a good example for my baby as she grows older.

I wasn't expecting this quality, love it already

I found that these nails are thin and split easily if I use them As Is, and look kinda cheap. I invested a little time and product, and added a gel base and top coat and now they look shiny and added the thickness I needed for them to last (kept on for 10 days and would of lasted more but I took them off, to wear a new color). I work 40 hours a week using a computer and a cash register, and after work and 2 days off, I’m very active cleaning, and hand wash dishes with really hot water, without gloves, and these nails don’t chip, break, or bend (keep in mind this is with a gel base and top coat added). This set offers a good variety of colors. With these being colored, I save time by skipping the 2 coat painting of the nails. I recommend using a strong nail glue if you want them to last, I tried the nail jelly stickers first and that was a complete fail. You can easily file them to your liking, since they are thin. These are short and feel like my own nails. In my opinion they are great when adding the extra step of clear coating them.

I have found the BEST fake nails! I’ve tried about a dozen different brands from Amazon and I never want to switch. I like my nails short and the length of these is perfect. I have a long thumbnail bed and other “short” nails just don’t fit. I checked the measurements of these against others and decided to give them a shot. I’m so crazy happy with them! They aren’t too thin (so you don’t see the glue/bubbles under the nail), they don’t chip or split (issues I’ve had with others), and since they’re the perfect length I don’t have to clip them at all! They also have a nice natural curve so they fit your nails just right (others have too much curve and it’s like trying to glue a half circle onto a flat surface and just doesn’t work). With the right glue these babies will last 2 weeks!

These are VERY flimsy and rip super easily. This is just from pulling my card out of my wallet, and it doesn't have anything to do with them not being glued down well enough, because they're all glued on very thoroughly with very strong glue, and I don't have this problem with any other brands. I've never had nails actually rip before. I keep my nails cut all the way short, I can't imagine how bad it would be if I kept them long. This happens with every set I put on, I don't understand how there are so many good reviews from people wearing them long, these bend like paper.

The length is great but some colors are fake look

Not sure what everyone is talking about these being horrible. I think these are great and I love them. It is sturdy and easy to file down to the size you want. Once I added a clear coat, the nails became sturdier. Good price and lots of different colors.

This item came with 42 different colors/sets of nails - more than the picture shows! They are slightly longer than the pictures, but that's okay with me. They are decent quality and for the price, I'm blown away!

These photos are taken after I applied the nails 4 days ago. I’m a mom of a busy family. I can’t be dainty with my nails. Yet after everything, they still look great!I filed them after application because I prefer a shorter style. I also used my own brush on glue. They feel natural and easy. It took 20 minutes in total to apply and file.If you want great nails that work as hard as you do, these are a great option! Filing is easy with a metal file. The colour is great.I’m very impressed and will enjoy the rest of the pallet. I love that I don’t have to worry about paint chipping. I also don’t need to buy dozens of nail polish bottles. This product is easy, convenient and economical IMO.Fully recommend

Don’t waste your money no matter how cheap. I bought acrylic nails because my own have become brittle and am resting them. This is my first time to buy from here and not a specialty store. My own nails look better! These look like toys my daughter would play with.On the second photo you can see how thick the press-on I’m using is compared to theirs.

I actually do nails semi-professionally (trained 20 yrs ago but have a day job). I like to wear these when I am super busy and don't have time to do a full acrylic mani. Sometimes I'll even throw them on with good quality glue tabs for a few days (BTArtbox are my favorite tabs).A few things to note with these (set of 40):-I have small hands (size 6 ladies glove or small in disposable nitrile gloves) and I would say medium length nail beds. Because I am a nail tech my cuticle area is extremely well groomed and pushed back which makes my nail bed longer, but even so, these are very short. On my right hand you can see a bit of my nail sticking out underneath the thumb (see pic), even though I cut them as far back as I safely could. Even so, these tips are not filed down at all except for the little piece of plastic from the tray at the free edge. They're short! The lengths that they list are correct so you should measure your nail beds before you buy or buy the 33-piece set which appear to be longer.-I always put a very thin layer of no wipe builder gel over these even if I'm using them with glue tabs for a few days. Although they are a decent quality for cheap plastic nails, they will start to bend and become misshapen.-DO NOT cleanse with alcohol and certainly not acetone. It will break these down easily and quickly and remove the shine and color. Before I put my no-wipe builder over top I quickly swipe with an acid-free primer to make it stick to the plastic. That is all I do and it does not damage the nail at all.-When applying any press on nail make sure to push back your cuticles. I like to tuck the cuticle area of the nail gently underneath my cuticle to create a seamless effect. See pictures. You will not get the annoying "hair caught in the cuticle" that you get with press ons if you do this.All this to say, if I glue them on and use no wipe builder gel, I can get about 10 days out of them before they start to look a bit worn. Again, for 3 to 7 days of wear, these are fine. There is an excellent variety of colors and it's an easy length and shape to wear for everyday/work.
