Good product
Not as solid white as you would expect, less pigment so you would have to go over it at least once or twice to get a more solid colour, but overall works well.

Been using for a short while, so far they have done a great job and are excellent value for money

Doesn't work well
It has many refills which is great but the pens don't work very well especially for drawing on black card etc... They're Okay.. Good for getting smaller detail rather than writing or highlights in drawings.

Dry pens
All of the pens arrived with the lids loosely attached, meaning they had all dried out. The only saving grace was that the 2 ink replacements were closed properly so I was able to use them after all. Very disappointing.
