My 9 yr old son developed severe eczema after going to the beach one day. He came back with a splotchy white / tan face, and still suffers from dry red itchy skin all over... especially around his elbows & wrist. He's always asking me to scratch his back. lol We've tried all kinda of lotions, and they help... but I have to be on top of it... & to be honest, I can't get him to put lotion on twice a day everyday. His scalp has even become dry & white. I thought since he likes taking baths for a long time, it's probably a good idea to put something in the bath. Colloidal oatmeal packets were a little pricey, so I bought these. I've tried dead sea salt baths myself before, & love how relaxed I feel. After my son had his first mineral bath, he went to sleep without scratching. In the morning he asked to take another bath because his skin feels so smooth! lol I'm happy dead sea salts worked for him. We will make this a 3 times a week bath routine, with O'keefe's skin repair lotion after each bath from now on.

Order arrived as stated. I read somewhere to add baking soda and the salts to the bath and that's what I did. My skin feels sooo soft and wonderful, even without putting on lotion afterwards. I will continue to use it! Much different feeling than an Epsom salt bath - I've been using mag gels/lotions/salts now for close to a year. I have absolutely NO-SUCH-THING as arthritis anymore (with NO pills or compression garments - ONLY magnesium). My hands and elbow had been crippled with arthritis for the previous 2 years. Life is good, thank God I have found magnesium! An old neighbor lady felt sorry for me (my hands constantly in compression gloves) and gave me some mag gel to try. After about 2 weeks of using it, NO MORE PAIN whatsoever, not anywhere. Also, I bought some magnesium oil that is food grade - I spray a couple squirts on my toothbrush in the morning, my dentist says that's AWESOME!

I’ve been using this product for years for my family. I use it for eczema as well as for soaking tired aching feet. I use it for all types of soaks. It works well as a warm, wet soak for boils. It is pretty expensive if you buy just one bag but if you buy three bags, it brings the price point down to about $15 a bag if you buy one it’s probably $25. The expiration dates are really very, very good so three bags is the way to go.

This product helped to relieve the itch of psoriasis during a particularly intense flare up. Soaking softened the skin and allowed applied creams and ointments to penetrate more effectively. Along with subsequent light therapy I have experienced relief and healing at present.
