Do not buy this Tv, i am returning it back after a day, Tv is so slow, application like net flix and Amazon prime app are so old version which is pre installed that you can navigate with remote arrow keys, u need to press one mouse key in remote to navigate, plus the picture doesn't play Hd both on netflix and prime even though i have internet speed of 700MBPS connection, connected with wifi as well as lan cable still while playing movie it won't give you 4k or hd clarity, even though for both prime and netflix i have a package of 4k streaming. Very much disappointed, thought of calling impex customer care number, and texted on their WhatsApp number, nor anyone answered nor got a reply back on whatsapp. Miracast when u connect with ur phone, its hangs so much on tv, even though u r standing so close to the tv still if u play a video through casting on phone, video on tv lags so much u can't watch it. Another problem is play store u can't update the apps, then i tried to install netflix app through Google play store , after installing it says app is not compatible with tv, so it doesn't start, so you need to watch through the netflix app which is pre installed on tv and the pre installed version doesn't allow to navigate smoothly and picture streaming doesn't come to 4k or HD also. Finally raised a request with amazon to return which they accepted. With this experience i have decided not to buy a android smart tv. 0 rating is not option given here or else i would have given 0, no customer support from ImPex, so do read my feedback beforw thinking to buy, i wonder i read few feedback from other customer but no one have written anything the issue i faced, quite surprising.
