I've used this product now for three weeks and I'm beginning to see a difference from other protein products I've used in the past but this one has helped. Very easy to mix in the water bottle, no lumps and no blending needed. Shake it about 10-15 seconds and there no lumps and it's all mixed in ready after you've finished your workout. It tastes amazing and you only need to add 250-300ml of water, no milk wasted! 100% recommend this product to anyone looking to gain muscles or working out currently!

I'll start with some positives,well priced,fast delivery and high protein content. However upon mixing it I soon realised it is less milkshake more sweet coloured water.You can see the water separate from coloured parts if move it around. I followed the instructions but perhaps some trial and error is required.It doesn't state milk as an option for mixing but may be worth a try.I found it overly sweet and difficult to drink,not the tasty treat I was hoping for.It is however lump free..I'll give them that.

Very high in protein will advise add oats if you want to bulk, best taste best results only used one month now bench pressing 120kg and arm curling 25kg dumbbells. Was stuck on very low levels and couldn't build the strength as quick as I wanted between work 😕 but definitely worth the money.. well done Chelsea 👏

Can’t detect strawberry in the flavour, it’s just incredibly sweet. But mixes well with a quick shake so handy for when out and isn’t an unpleasant taste, just not fruity like I was expecting.
