I've brought and returned at least six. They were either too small or way too big. This bag is the perfect size. Some people said that their handles started ripping. I haven't had this problem. The bag is sturdy, well designed, and roomy. I only wish it came in other colors or designs. The price is also decent. I have spend 2 hours trying to find a way to contact them. Amazon customer service gave me a link but it doesn't allow me to contact Mojecto . I still use the bag but wish the zipper worked. I would not recommend purchasing this product. If it breaks after the 30 day return period you are out of luck trying to get a replacement. I will be looking for another lunch bag. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Large size, extra strong, plenty of room *by C***L on Reviewed in the United States on May 2, 2018* At first was shocked at how big the bag is but decided to use it anyway. I've since come to love the size because I can fit a water bottle or tall mason jar inside. It has pockets on the outside edges for water bottles but sometimes I take things that I want to keep cold (milk, iced tea, etc). Since using this, I no longer carry a purse. I put my wallet inside one of the outside pockets (1 side has a zippered pocket) & the other size it large enough to carry papers, folders, etc without bending. I've taken this when I know I'm going out to eat because I can store my left overs inside. I use this with the 18-Hour Ice Block Pack available on Amazon & they're great together.
