Best garlic salt I have ever used

This Morton Garlic Sea Salt arrived just in time for last night's dinner. We were having Spaghetti, and of course some Garlic Bread that had not been prepared yet. Perfect time to sample this seasoning! Well, the "Garlic Bread" was an absolute hit! The proportions of the mixture are just what we hoped - garlicy and salty at the same time. This hearty 8.5 oz. bottle will be used for much more, with steaks coming to mind first, then anything with eggs, or all meats, vegetables, soups, sandwiches - the list is endless. Because the 1st ingredient is salt, that might be a concern for some, so it will need to be used sparingly, but the tasty garlic is still there. I like that Parsley is added (wish it was more), but not sure why sugar? Corn starch is probably to keep it from clumping. Anyway, a fine and tasty seasoning worthy of sitting alongside the basic salt and pepper in our home.
