Me sorprendió su gran tamaño, y supuse que traería mucha "morralla" tipo prólogo, considerando pasar olímpicamente de introducciones e ir directa a las recetas, pero según voy leyendo, descubro que la lectura es fácil, amena y muy interesante. Trata el tema nutricional de modo sencillo, asimilable, sin engorrosos tecnicismos  y contiene innumerables recetas. Un tesoro de libro precio asequible

I bought this book for myself and more recently as a present for a friend. It's got lots of useful information in it, good colour quality pictures and lots of tasty raw recipes. The regulars for me are the red pepper pate which takes only 10 mins to make and I love it with brown bread. I also love the mushroom pate and the guacamole. There is a lot in it this book that I haven't made, even after a few years, but plenty that I plan to. Particularly good recipes for the summer and spring months when you tend to eat more cold food.

Ich kann dieses Buch jedem empfehlen der sich für Rohkost und vegane Küche interessiert.Bin selber eine Teilzeit-Veganerin und kann bestätigen, seit ich die meiste Zeit auf Brot (Weizen ist komplett verbannt worden) und Tierprodukte verzichte, geht es mir sehr viel besser. Hin und wieder gönne ich mir aber noch selbst gebackenes Brot und ein qualitativ hochwertiges Stück Fleisch.Das Buch ist zwar in Englisch, aber meiner Meinung nach kein Problem wenn man kein Neuling ist was vegane Kost angeht und Internet zur Verfügung hat und Begriffe mit Leo nachschauen kann :)Es gibt zwar auch ein paar aufwendige Rezepte die besondere Gerätschaften erfordern - aber wo ein Wille ist, ist auch ein Weg ;-)Die meisten der Rezepte sind recht einfach und können auch notfalls ohne spezielle Hobel (z.B. Zucchini Nudeln) gemacht werden. Sieht dann halt nicht so Kunstvoll aus.Die meisten Zutaten kann ich im REWE, Edeka oder beim türkischen/asiatischen Gemüseladen besorgen, und was die nicht haben bestelle ich auf Amazon.
