Avoid. Stopped working after 2 months.Edit: Since leaving a negative review, this company has constantly emailed me to ask me to remove my review in exchange for a refund. This product is not safe and this company is trying to cover it up by paying for the removal of negative reviews.

Looks good! However...None of the USB power sockets will charge and iPhone or Apple Watch, as both give an error when plugged in.The sockets won’t accept a 13A plug being put in with a reasonable amount of effort, as the earth interlock doesn’t open the L/N terminals. It requires the plug to be wiggled and put in at an angle to get a plug in. Enough that I isolated it as I was uncomfortable using it while still live.Will be returning for a refund and buying a reputable branded item. 🙁

The media could not be loaded.  Really handy power strip. It has four regular plug sockets and four intelligent USB sockets. The power strip is well made and easy to use. The USBs are intelligent and will provide the correct power to whatever device is plugged into it. Its a great device for freeing up sockets and not having to use a plug adaptor for all your USB devices such as phones and tablets. It has a long lead and also a power button that can switch all the devices on and off. Really pleased with this device especially all its built in safety precautions.

We powered several USBs from this and it worked for about a month then we noticed that the USBs powered down. The mains sockets worked but the USB sockets failed. We noticed that the mains sockets were getting very warm so we disconnected everything and returned the item as faulty.I don't know if this was a blip but we couldn't use this brand again for safety reasons.

This unit failed in a one day , damaged my equipment neither Amazon or the seller will deal with the damage.Absolutely disgusted don’t touch them with a barge pole .

I'd ordered two of these in August, but when they arrived, I realised that they did NOT have SURGE PROTECTION on them, which is quite DANGEROUS, and sent them back. They refunded me for two at that time, BUT later on ( couple of weeks ago) they charged me for one, saying that they had not received one back previously in August, which is quite interesting as I'd sent them back in the same package from the same place at the same time!!!! I've been asking for a refund, but their "friendly customer service" is being painful. They are very RUDE and UNHELPFUL!I would NOT recommend this product and this company either!

Impressed by the design and reviews. However I’ve now returned it.Downsides:1. When plugging my iPhone into any of the four USB charging ports, they all caused my phone to misbehave and operate erratically, concluding that the charger is not fit for purpose and poor quality.2. Plugging in a 3 pin plug was rather tough, making me feel the product was cheaply manufactured.No hesitation to return and find something better.

Bought this after it was advertised as high speed charging when using the green USB post, infact they aren't, plugged plugged my phone in and even on 45% was going to take 2 hours 10 minutes, plugged it into a Samsung charge in the mains 1 hour 3 even with fast charge enabled on my phoneFalse advertising at its best, oh and don't even think about plugging it into the orange USB ports, wouldn't charge at allReturning asap
