Q: They say you're not suppose to cook acidic foods with Aluminum, copper, or iron. Is this set safe to cook acidic foods; tomatoes, vinegar or lemon?

Yes these pans are safe to cook with acidic foods. Normal wear and tear will occur as with all pans and acidic foods. It is best to wipe foods clean and wash pans immediately after use and cooling down.

Q: Are they dishwasher safe?

They are advertised as dishwasher safe, but we always recommend handwashing for long-term preservation of any nonstick surface.

Q: Can you use these with gas burners?

I have not tried these with gas burners, but I would think that they would work fine with gas burners. The flame may discolor the pan bottoms though.
