EXPO1944656 2-in-1 Dry Erase Markers

I got the 4-pack of double-ended markers. I tried these repeatedly over a series of weeks, to make sure it wasn't a matter of priming.The Purple and Brown hardly make a mark.3 of the colors (Dark blue, Green, Pink) stained immediately, and so badly that they ruined my board. Both immediate and delayed attempts to remove the marks with rubbing alcohol/dry erase remover only smeared the stain around.2 of the colors stained faintly. Not enough to ruin a board, but enough that it would cause eye fatigue over time.Basically, I want my money back- but it would cost me more in shipping to return them, than it will to leave this review and warn you. Besides, I still have to replace my whiteboard and buy new markers, now.On the bottom is a row of fresh marks, from each tip of the markers. To the left of that, you can see the staining that ruined my board. The staining is much more extensive elsewhere on the board, but those stains reveal what was supposed to be private and erasable information

Dry Erase! Ha! these are the worst dry erase markers I've ever used; more like permanent markers. Never had such a problem with Expo brand before. Had to scrub off my dry erase board after writing with these. Not understanding why these colored ones are so bad. Bought a simple Expo brand black marker after I receive these and It works perfect. These dual ended colored ones are Horrible.

I've bought a couple packs of these markers. My local community college, which I attend, is a place of proud and dedicated instructors but limited funding. One of the darker sides of this was the drawings of more than one of my professors. Not always legible because their marker's ink would be exhausted.This has been the most successful of my donations to academia. Enough that I've done it again. The double-headed design is an efficient use of space. Instructors can easily carry four markers in their pocket (or two that they like) whereas they would have to carry double that number otherwise. This can fit in someone's pocket. The variety of colors works well for illustrations.A definite shortcoming is the tips are of a relatively narrow width, so extra effort of attention to lighting is necessary if you want to see those illustrations from a distance. That being said, I'm still quite happy with the reasonable cost and long life of these dry erase markers.

I bought these for myself. Unfortunately, my granddaughter got to them first and now they are hers. She is 7 years old and loves to draw. We gave her permission to use our patio doors as a canvas for these dry erase markets and she went crazy. She loves the 2 for 1 design, having twice as many colors to use. I'm including a sample of her artwork. I would recommend for anyone, any age.

As a college professor who teaches five major level courses (anywhere between 2-4 classes a day); I thoroughly enjoy these pens. They allow me flexibility to change colors when writing on the board without having to go grab a new pen.I am saddened that some of my pens seem to be drying up and running out of ink rather fast but I believe most of that directly relates to how frequently I use them during class.Also a note for those who may be curious some of the pens will leave slight stains however that will come off with the expo dry erase board cleaner.I will definitely purchase these again.

I teach kindergarten and preschool and let me tell you if you don't have the colored markers to make your writing and drawing interesting or correctly colored on the dry erase board you will hear about it! I love these markers because they take up half the space for the amount of colors you get. I only have to buy them once a year and when I am finished with them I give them to the kids for their small dry erase boards for coloring and writing during free choice time. They tend to loose the lids and they eventually make it to the trash bin but by then I have gotten my money's worth!

I was hoping that the other reviewers just got bad batches, but apparently I did, too. About four of the colors were pretty dried out. How does that happen?? The caps were on tightly and the opposite end color was working fine. One of the pink colors didn't dry very well and smeared badly. It also stained the white board. Very disappointing. I love this concept, but not happy about getting defective merchandise.Maybe I'll wait for Expo to work out the kinks and I'll buy in the future. For now, I'm not buying any more.

I have purchased the U Line double ends for a long time and was fine with those. I am happier with these colors, but they last about the same. The Uline offers colors which are too light to be practical on a white board, but these Expo colors are all useful for me.However, all of my Uline pens always worked!I recommend testing each pen when they arrive. I got half-way through my batch and found one that had no ink at all. It wasn't faint it was 100% nothing. Based on other notes, that appears to be an issue.

En general me gustaron los marcadores, el precio es normal ya que en las tiendas departamentales encuentras paquetes de marcadores al mismo precio y los colores son casi los mismos. El plus se supone que es el que son bicolores y tienen algún color que no te venden comúnmente, sin embargo me sucedió que algunos de estos colores vienen casi secos, no tienen la intensidad que se espera y eso es muy decepcionante, sinceramente esperaba más calidad por lo que pagué.

Very happy! Although the brown marker is very light and hard to read when using to write with. Very pleased over all with this product!

Funcionan perfectamente bien... por fin... más de 8 colores en mis clases!!!. La envidia - de la buena - de los demás profes jejeje.

As advertised but no yellow

Not sure if it was because of shipping or what, but 12/16 markers didn't work. Great concept though.
