forms a clear thick epoxy like coating.
I had been using ospho and this is thicker, clear and will need sanding before any recoat. the ospho dries thinker, chalky, and doesn't need as much prep to recoat/paint.*** Oh, they need to pack it better.*** Can was badly dented.* (they do ship it in a sealed plastic bag) but those plastic bags fillers don't hold up to a 1 pound can smashing them. They need to Use cardboard/ newspaper. ***

Easy application and great results
Used this to seal my mother's iron multi-tiered fountain. Applied this both inside and out. Leaves a glossy 'wet' look on the iron that is beautiful and glistens against the running water. We applied with multiple foam brushes (they get saturated rather quickly). Takes 2 coats about 2 hours apart. Only advise is to wear gloves. I foolishly didn't and had patches of skin that were well 'sealed' for about a week. haha!
