It's my favorite d3 supplement. You can definitely say it works.

Sports Research Vegan Vitamin D3 5000IU (125 mcg) with Coconut Oil are the best. My Vitamin D was low for a while, and after trying three other brands with lower IU doses that didn’t help, I switched to these. The 5000IU made a real difference—after a few months, my levels are perfect. I also appreciate that they’re vegan and Non-GMO Project Verified. I hate taking pills, but the veggie softgels make them easy to swallow. Highly recommend.

I have very low levels of vitamin D, mine was around 9 when starting these. My doctor said I was in the dangerous range, under 12 is vitamin D deficiency. My body has trouble absorbing because of the lung condition I have so I was concerned about what vitamin D supplements would work for me. Well, within 6 months of starting these my vitamin D literally doubled! I am now at a little over 18. I take 50,000 units per week- one daily, then two on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (lines up with other meds I take on these days). They are tasteless, easy to take, and almost best of all- vegan! I love these and recommend it to anyone who needs it. I can't honestly say I feel anything differently regarding depression or things like that, but they definitely work to raise your vitamin D level so it must be doing something whether I can tell or not.

This D-3 supplement works better! I'm tested regularly and I've been taking another brand, same dose of 5000IU for years. My levels increased after taking this brand, which proved to me my body absorbed better. I was able to reduce my dose to every other day and keep my level in the target range.

I like that the ingredients are vegan although they are not organic, which was sad. Also, it came with a free gift coupon stating “get a free bottle on us.” It’s very misleading, because after filling out the form I chose from six different products, none of which are the product I purchased. I wanted another free bottle of vegan vitamin D, that wasn’t an option. When my package came the air seal on my bottle wasn’t very tight either, which was a little concerning. Other than that I hope the product works great.
