Education of the Gifted and Talented (6th Edition) 6th Edition

Great book to have if you teach the gifted, whether in a gifted classroom or you have gifted students in your regular classroom. This is also a great book for parents who wish to understand their gifted child and wish to get more involved in their education.

Great text, informative and well researched.

Good book, purchased for my PhD class on Gifted Student Characteristics in Education. Very easy to read and even though I bought mine used (lacking the supplemental material and CD), it was well worth the money.

I bought this book as a requirement in my gifted education class. At times the content is repetitive but it gives a good foundation of gifted education and it's development over the years.

I ordered a NEW book, it arrived fast and in perfect condition. I saved about $25 ordering from Amazon over the book store. Great book that I will not re-sell as it has so much great information on identifying gifted students as well as appropriate curriculum techniques.

Thorough would be an appropriate one word summation of this book. The authors provide an extensive background over current research as well as background covering the movers and shakers in the world of our gifted population.

This book was missing one whole chapter and parts of the ones before and after it. It skips from page 442-491. I needed this for a class assignment but can’t use it for that now.
