I purchased this book as part of Dr. Delatorro's 5-Day Monetize Your Message Challenge. It started out as a personal requirement but after attending his challenge and reading chapters 5 & 6, this book is a Must-Read. Additionally, this book is for anyone who is stuck and struggling with limiting thoughts. I'm a retired AF veteran and worked many years with strong leaders. But nothing compares with Dr. Delatorro's extraordinary book and the up close and personal teachings from his 5 - Day challenge. This book has eradicated my life and jump-started me back into the position of pursuing my speaking career and believing in myself again. He talked about the 20/80 rule & doing 1% in his 1st chapter. I promise you this book will change your life forever. This man is a Genius. His teaching will blow your mind. Order your copy today!!!! When you think about think about riding a motorcycle it definitely parallels your life. The original and ingenious analogies are eye-opening and thought provoking! This book has many profound analogies and truths, from Chapter One to the final chapter. Upon reading chapter one, I was utterly stunned by the examples he uses to illustrate how effective small shifts can be.Dr. Delatorro places great emphasis on how we play small by leaning on our excuses while they limit us from performing to our fullest potential. I am pleased to have purchased the book for my wife as well. She purchased the accompanying workbooks, and we have already experienced some significant shifts in our lives due to applying the principles within this book. Best motivational book I’ve read in a long time. It’s certainly changing my life in only two weeks.

This book excited me from beginning to end, it is very well written with a lot of Goldens nuggets to keep hold on to.I will definitely be jumping back into this book again, just to make sure I haven't missed a thing!Well done to Dr. Delatorro
