Am doing everything using saline to remove but its sticking and pulling top uler off anyone help please?

As a fellow ulcer sufferer can I suggest a silicone contact layer like Cutiderm I have used this many times to great effect and it really stops sticking to the wound. unfortunately for me I seem to become intolerant to silicone now, so I am currently using Alginate dressings which are mostly non stick. A Silicone layer with an absorbent dressing on top is beneficial.
