Never received item how can we fix that?

I received an empty prime envelope. No product was included.

Does it come sealed in plastic or any things to stop it from spilling?

Some does. Some don’t. But it does come with a blockage to keep from spilling while shipping

Can I mix this with almond avocado and grapseed oil ?

Yes, I have actually mixed some of my favorite oils with it as well. This oil is pretty thick tho, just an FYI.
