So flour based products are a no no. This has been excellent for making a few treats like berry crumbles. Don't expect this to be fine like regular flour but I've found it great for getting a bit of baking done and resisting shop bought cake. No flour = no gluten.Id still love to eat a whole baguette though! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It's not as finely ground as you may think. *by S***U on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 8 June 2021* I did not like the fact that the foil seal on the jar was partly open? I think that considering the price it definitely (nearly made the same spelling error as Buckle in Line of Duty there ) should have been intact. I considered complaining about this but decided against it . Instead I am letting you all know about this fact. As for the flour it is not as finely ground as I expected. I just used my Bamix mill and blitzed it down . Not everyone will need it very fine but just be aware it is not as fine as it says. I can see the difference when making flatbreads with it in the un-blitzed state as the dough has a grainy feel as opposed to being very smooth with the Bamixed flour.
