I can actually tell when I don't take these, I take them at night and they help me sleep so good. I ran out and didn't habe them, my sleep was really bad. So i thought I am going to get more and see if this is why, sure enough as soon as I took one I slept like a baby. Also no fishy burps ir smells Highly recommend

I love these as they have no fishy aftertaste or fish burps after taking them. The oil is from anchovies and the gelatin for the capsules comes from carp and tilapia. I trust the Doctors Best line for their ingredients and that they are made in the USA.

بعد تناول الاوميجا 3 لمده شهرين اصبت باعراض جابيه قويه جدا لم اكن اتوفع انه هوه السبب فيها و هي حرقه في فم المعده و المرئ حيث اصبحت غير قادر علي ابتلاع الماء و لكن الحمد لله عند التوقف عن تناوله استقر الوضع و استرديت صحتي المنتج سيئ جدا و لا انصح باستخدامه ابدا فهو له اعراض جانبيه شديده الخطوره علي المرئ و الجهاز الهضمي و البلعوم
