I expect the seller to stand behind this order and issue a credit or send me a replacement that works. We've tried 3 different sets of AA batteries, all of which were new batteries, and none of them worked. Obviously I was shipped a defective item and I believe it's your responsiblity to stand behind your product. I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. We've been in the process of redecorating our home for several months and this was to be part of the new decor. Unfortunately we had to postpone the interior painting of our home because my husband got pneumonia. Obviously it would not have helped his health or lungs to breath paint fumes while suffering with and recovering from pneumonia. Because he fell ill, the the window to return the item passed. I sincerely hope you will do the right thing and either replace the defective item or issue me a full refund.
