It comes with the frame to attach to the car and the drill bit that fits the holes perfectly. The tool has matching holes on each side so you know the axles are aligned. You have a choice of angled holes (2.5 degrees ) for the rear wheels and straight alignment for the front (and rear if you want them straight. There is also a hole to elevate one wheel if you want to have your car run on 3 wheels instead of 4. It's easy to use and comes with instructions. I do wish the instructions mentioned the angled wheels are for the rear. I had to research that point. The tool has everything you need and works great!

This too works great for drilling holes to insert the axles for a pinewood derby car. It comes with the frame to attach to the car and the drill bit that fits the holes perfectly. The tool has matching holes on each side so you know the axles are aligned. You have a choice of angled holes (2.5 degrees ) for the rear wheels and straight alignment for the front (and rear if you want them straight. There is also a hole to elevate one wheel if you want to have your car run on 3 wheels instead of 4. It's easy to use and comes with instructions. I do wish the instructions mentioned the angled wheels are for the rear. I had to research that point. The tool has everything you need and works great!
