I highly recommend the BFG belt mounted micro trauma kit.Be advised YOU NEED TO GET SMALL MEDICAL/EQUIPMENT/SUPPLIES TO FILL IT.Go to BLUE FORCE GEAR’s website and get their medical supplies SPECIFICALLY for this model kitOtherwise you will have some trial and error trying to find the right stuff individually, honestly they have the perfect stuff already set up on their website so go there.THIS KIT HOLDS SUFFICIENT SUPPLIES FOR THE BARE MINIMUM PLUGGING/COVERING OF 1 THORAX BULLET WOUND.2 small chest seals, combat gauze, 1 hemostatic bandage, 1set of THIN gloves.If you ALSO buy the tourniquet & shears hammock you will have enough supplies for a subsequent arm or leg wound.HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE HAMMOCK.You will want and may need sheers and a tourniquet in the type of situation you need this kit for.If you pack it SUPER tight you MIGHT be able to get more. But don’t bet on it and you may compromise your chest seals if you pack them in with something with edges.This is a HOLYS*** I have 60seconds to save myself or someone else situation, type of basic medical kit holder.

I wanted to like it.
First of all, it's way to expensive for it's size. With that being said, it was exactly what I was looking for so I purchased it. I have 2 chest seals, an emergency truama dressing, and quick clot combat gauze in mine. It's not gonna hold much else.I have had mine for a little over a year now and it shows heavy signs of wear and tear just from being worn on my duty belt. Specifically the pull tabs on each end have been fraying badly. Idk if I got a lemon or if this is normal.It's exactly what I wanted but I have been disappointed in the quality, especially for the price I paid.

Its way too small.
Oh yeah compact is great yup. Go hunt for compact contents for it - just to barely be able to fit half an ifaks worth of stuff in it.Do not waste your time with this. Get something bigger.

Absolutely worth it!
I never write a review however, this IFAK is amazing for its size. It can hold all the necessities that you would need for a hasty treatment. The sides expand by a bunny system so you can easily fit combat guaze along with a chest seal. Over extremely happy I bought it and would definitely recommend it to everyone!
