Because of back problems, I always use a lumbar support cushion. I have had 2 other lumbar support cushions and a D type cushion and this has been the best. It is very comfortable, I like that it is longer than others complementing an office chair, but it provides better support for my lumbar area without being too firm nor too soft, just the right support. I don't have to move it so that it hits the right spot on my back because it stays in the position I place it making it easy to get off my chair and go back and sit without worrying if it shifted out of place . I would recommend it for the quality, design and support it offers.

This cushion is working perfect for me. It is firm yet light, and the shape fits very well into the seat I use it in.I am a postal worker and I sit in an uncomfortable seat for many hours a day. I began to have lower back pain and tried this to remedy that. It has worked quite well. It fits so well into the seat that I don't even have to strap it in. It stays in place as I get up and down from the seat.Pros: - Perfect firmness and shape - fits perfectly into the seat I use it in - cheaper than other similar products but just as high quality - helped reduce back pain - seems very durable (but I haven't had it long enough to prove that yet)Cons - The only problem with this cushion is that I don't think I'll be able to use it in the summer months. I think it will be too hot and leave my backed soaked in sweat. This happens at my job either way but I think this will make it worse. I'll come back and post once summer is here.Conclusion - This is an affordable way to avoid back pain from sitting in poorly designed chairs. Give it a try if you suffer from lower back pain.

It was looked bigger and thicker in the pictures. When I opened it, it was folded and vacuum sealed. And I also have a pillow behind it. It’s too small.

I struggled for a few years with left knee and leg pain and cramps. Then I thought of my dad in his later years, always used an old pillow on his sitting chair and on the driver's seat of his truck to support his back. So, I looked it up on Amazon and read about better posture. I've been using this for a little over a month now and my pain is gone. I am more mobile and no longer walk with a limp. It must have been caused by poor posture and bad habit of how I sat on my desk chair and driver seat in my truck. The price and quality is great; will use it every day from now on.

This is a very well made cushion, nice materials, good quality - even came in it's own soft cover carrying case. I really wanted to like it but the lumbar support is in the wrong place. It is too low and hits me across my hips with virtually no support for the rest of my back. I sit in a drafting chair at work; unfortunately the backrest on my chair does not allow for much repositioning of the cushion. I turned it upside down so that it would hit across mid-back and help me sit up straight. That sort of helps. But as for doing anything for my lumbar region, it was a disappointment. Not the fault of the maker, just the wrong kind of cushion for me. I'm not sure it would even work in my car. But I'll keep it until I can find something more suitable.

This lumbar support is very comfortable and will hopefully be a welcomed addition to my pickup truck seat. I could have given 5 starts, except the shipment was missing the extension strap which I need as this will go in my truck. Fortunately, Amazon's Chat assistance was very helpful in getting a replacement shipment to me. But now I have to go through the steps of shipping my original order back to Amazon via UPS.

I use this in my car because I'm a delivery driver. I'm in the car for hours at a time. I was having lower/middle back pain. I got this for my husband that has a herniated disc in his lower back. He has been raving about how much better his back feels when using this pillow. He uses it while sitting, but also as a support under his torso when laying on his stomach. It seems to stay in place well, so he hasn’t used the strap, but it is a nice feature to have.
