Zippy do da! Worked great!

The most common theme and expert here is to keep your broken zipper around--be buried with it, if possible! Well, I didn't do that. All metal. No weak snapping together. Decent quality--not great. Zipper-slides, fitted on newer items these days, simply disentegrate. It seems that they are painted ceramic--not metal. So, the industry is problematic, in the first place. (This reminds me of a cheap chain-link remover for bicycle tires. The body of it actually was ceramic--not painted silver!) I man handled the stop and the first teeth to ptove perpendicular to each other. After much frustration, I got it on. (It's very easy to install it upside-down!, or on the wrong side!) I also attempted with another slide--seemingly, that slide appeared to have a better fit. It would not slide at all: That's puzzling. It does zip up and down nominally, currently. The seasons for it are over here--so, I'll have to see next fall and if it"s reasonably workable.

Great kit. I was able to easily replace my zipper that broke the other day and replace a zipper on my husband's hoodie that broke off last year. I had a bit of a issue taking the stoppers off the jacket and putting the one on my husband's thicker hoodie, but that just took some time and patience to get through. I'd say I easily changed both zippers in 10 minutes each. This being my first time, I feel I could replace a zipper faster next time. You only have to remove the stopper at the top of a jacket or hoodie that doesn't have have a double zip on it. Put the correct size zipper on. Then put on a new stopper. Then you have a brand new working zipper. The zipper a great quality metal material. I didn't worry they would break at all. The zippers fit perfectly onto the zippers as well. This kit is super easy to use, and this is coming from a person who has anxiety and worries about everything. You won't regret grabbing this set.

This was not as easy to install as the video shows, but with a little bit of Determination, I was able to get the replacement zipper installed, and the new stop at the top of the teeth pressed into place. It was a great replacement and it works like a champ. The secret, of course, is making sure you’re using the right zipper head, but this kit comes with a variety for you to use. For us, it was a goodbye and worked as advertised.

We used this product to repair a broken zipper on a lounge whereby the backrest is connected to the frame via a zipper just allowing rotations and ensure correct posture as the backrest never moves. This worked a treat and would highly recommend

J'ai réussi à changer cette partie de ma fermeture éclair sur mon manteau. Seulement deux minutes pour le faire. Il y a 11 de ces pièces donc 11 réparations possibles. Ça en vaut la peine plutôt que de vour une couturière. Je le recommande.

I note lots of people have complained that there are no instructions. If you youtube the company there are excellent videos to offer instructions that I found much easier than reading. I fixed a favourite coat with this saving approximately £20 in the dry cleaners and feel confident that I can now fix any zip with the spares. The pullers are quality...it's not worth buying the cheaper options available.

Fabulous! It took me less than a minute to fix the zipper head on my favourite winter jacket. Luckily, I kept the broken pieces so I could match the size without measuring anything. It was so quick!
