I need to be able to hear my sons lungs for feeding tubes. Will this work for that?

No. I'm in healthcare and cannot hear out of this. I'd invest in a better brand.

Would this stethoscope work to use on adults AND children?

Yes, I work in a pediatricians office so we do blood pressures on ages 3 to 22. I also use it to check my boyfriend's blood pressure and it works great! Hope this helps!

Are the angles of the binaurals adjustable (ie. can you change the angle it enters your ear)? Thx!

You can turn them forward and backward to better go into your ear, if that's what you're asking about. That's the only adjustment that you can make but that helps them fit in my ears.

Yes they will if you know what you are looking for. You should have some medical training before you attempt any type of medical exams. Please consult someone experienced.

Fantastic stethoscope for the money! Although I bought this to listen to my husband's heart and ensure he has a steady beat, it works great taking blood pressures too. I turn it to the small side and listen to our furbabies as well. With our oldest getting up there in age it's handy to ensure her heart is beating steady. I also listen to abdominal sounds both human and dog. Perfectly clear and loud sounds. Money well spent.

Nothing for me

You can hear almost nothing with stethoscope. After buying I understood that I should have realised that its not littmann. Its no where near a professional stethoscope. Very hard and uncomfortable in ears. Price is very good. You can give it to kids for playing but it's not for health care professionals. They might have better stethoscopes but I doubt it.
