Buying generic brands of pasta is a no go in our Italian household and Barilla is always a great choice for quality before and after boiling. I love that I am able to find in bulk on Amazon so I always have on hand.

This is our go-to lasagne pasta. The noodles hold up really well during cooking—no tearing or getting mushy—which makes layering easy and keeps the dish structured. The thickness is just right, giving you that classic lasagne bite without being too heavy. Taste is great and pairs well with any sauce or recipe we’ve tried. I love all Barilla products, especially the pasta. Lasagne or how we call it in spanish Lasaña is no exception. This is not oven ready lasagne, so it needs to be boiled first. Great quality. I bought a pack of 12, so I'll be making a lot of lasagne for the next year or so.
