5 stars for the grate. I use the smallest grate in my mini wood stove (too small for traditional fire grates). It has held up very well under my hot coal beds inside my tiny stove. It has not warped, bent or cracked at all, unlike some traditional grates I've used in the past. Very strong and durable. The only disappointment was after using it a for a few months, I decided an identical grate would be useful toward the front of the stove. But when I pulled up my past order for this grate, I decided not to order another one after all, as their price for this item doubled since I first purchased it just a couple of months ago. I understand the current inflation drama, but doubling the price seems a little greedy?!!

Rusted with little water

We use this on our portable fire pit to cook and it does a great job. Especially like doing kabobs.

Solid cast iron. Use as a bottom grate for my 20lb propane tank wood stove conversion. Creates air gap below wood for easier burn.
