what does it taste like?

It has a mild taste which isn't bitter.  I drink it without any sugar or milk.  It doesnt have any caffeine so I drink it often. 

Are the tea bags individually wrapped?

Wow!  So many answers... Thank you for your question Bablo.The definitive answer as many of you said, though I think LhamA said it best..."No, they come in "5 separate foil pouches for a fresher flavor""In actual fact, each of the 5 separate foil pouches has 20 bags contained therein.  These 20 bags are supplied in pairs, (so 10 pairs), and are easily separated into singles.  Thus each tea bag is NOT individually wrapped.Traditionally here in South Africa there is no need for individually wrapped bags with tags, because the tea bags sit in the simmering pot on the stove all day while boiling water is added to top up as and when required.  There is no need to remove the bags as tannin levels are so low and the richest, fullest Rooibos flavor is harnessed the longer the bag stays in the water.
