Handle Section

Appropriately extends the length of the wand.

Although I need and like the Freedom Wand, this part ALWAYS has to be replaced. I am sure the company knows of the weakness in this section of the product by now. It is wrong of them not to fix the issue. They are taking advantage of their customers. If they want to leave the flaw in the product, they should offer FREE replacements!

I think its awesome that you can purchase the part that broken on the product. I've had my freedom wand over a year and use it for everything from shaving my legs to washing my back. I could not do my bathing without it. I know some have mentioned not being able to get it to grab well, instead of using the button on the wand I mannually push it in and it seems to hold great! Thanks freedom for selling replacement part for your product

Better than buying the whole wand, after a while they break at the handle.

I am soooo glad I can buy replacement parts for my FreedomWand now, and not have to foot the expense of buying the whole unit. This is the third handle I've had to replace in eight years. Seems this is the weakest part of the "system".

Glad the replacement handle is availible, but it should he made better so it dont need replaced
