I have a wide foot. And, the Allbirds Runner-Up Mizzles only come in whole sizes. Although the wool-lined inserts are comfy, they are too thick and they shove my toes into the uppers. After a few hours, it feels like someones been standing on my toes. So, I looked for thin shoe inserts to solve the problem. Found RUN619 and not only did they fit perfectly in my men's Allbirds Mizzles 11 WITHOUT an trimming, but the thickness was spot on to regain some shoe volume for my wide foot. WIN!

These are a little pricey for what they are, but good quality flat insoles that just add cushioning are hard to find. These will hold up better than the cheap foam insoles I've always used under my arch support insoles, but will have to see if they are a better value.

I've used rigid orthotics for several decades and recently sought to add a thin soft cover for comfort. These are perfect, much better than Dr. Scholls insoles. Only concern is durability...

I wear unpadded orthotics and they sometimes pinch. I especially like the RUN619 Zero Drop Shoe Insoles because they have proven to be durable, comfortable, and affordable.I was buying new padded inserts about every 4 months because they break down so fast. I have been wearing these daily in dress shoes, boots, and sneakers for well over a year and they are still in good shape. They're quite rugged. I also appreciate the thinness of this model so they do not take up valuable real estate in your shoes.

I wear barefoot style shoes and bought these to replace a thin insole that came with my shoes. They fit the barefoot shoe well. The insoles were just a tiny bit more narrow at the widest part than the shoe, but I figured that was okay. These didn't work for me because they would slide out from between my foot and the shoe as I walked. I kept repositioning them and trying to figure out how to keep them in place, but nothing helped. So these don't work for me.

I have arthritis in my mid foot and use plastic arch supports that work really well. However the inserts on new shoes are usually given some modest arch support. in combination with the plastic arch, it is uncomfortable as it is too much elevation. This product has NO variability in thickness and provides a small amount of cushioning. Perfect!

Works well in zero drop shoes with thin sole.

Fit perfectly with no trimming necessary. Work great over my custom orthotics.
