Best hard hat I've ever worn!
and I absolutely love it! It is extremely comfortable, lightweight and the carbon fiber looks bada$$! The detachable light attaches securely, and I have no more worries of the rubber or elastic head bands on expensive headlamps eventually stretching out or dry rotting and breaking. Plus the light itself is amazing, and crazy bright. I had to buy AAA batteries in bulk before, but not anymore. The light rechargeable pretty fast and lasts a good long time on full brightness, so the savings in batteries is an added bonus and should be taken into consideration of the purchase price. I sweat, like seriously... a lot. Like I make my own ponds in the Florida sun and humidity, and the sweat band and suspension pad do an awesome job of keeping the sweat out of my eyes. I added the pack of additional pads at the time of purchase, so I can always start the day with a clean set, and that's a my recommendation. Also, speaking of temperatures, the adjustable vents on the hard hat work pretty damn well. They let the heat out, provide circulation of air, but also keep heat in on those occasionally cold days to keep you warm. Plus with the Klein name on it, you know it's quality, and it's going to last forever. My opinion is that you can't go wrong with this hard hat, and it was worth every penny.

This hardhat is awesome. Totally worth the price
My last hardhat lasted me 8 years or so, and it was time to go ahead and get a new one. Probably longer than I should have used it. Since I like things that last and don’t want to waste money often replacing my things, I didn’t mind the higher cost of this hardhat. Especially after reading reviews, I felt it was a smart choice.I LOVE IT! I highly recommend it, and don’t wuss out and buy a similar one for a reduced rate. Someone at work liked mine so much, he bought a very similar one for much less. I can feel the difference in the weight, and the feel of his seems cheap in comparison.Ok, the fit. First off the upgraded head band is comfy as hell. It’s got nicely padded cushions up front near your forehead, and it has a cushion at the top of your head, so when you wear it, you don’t feel anything but padded comfort. The ratchet sizing works so fluidly. I will resize it often, if I’m wearing a beanie when it’s cold, or if I have my hair in a low bun, I need a touch extra space cause the bun sits just below the wheel mechanism. The air vents are nice, I’m not sure if it’ll do much though, working in Texas, unless it’s got a little mini split blowing in cold air, I don’t have much hope of actually cooling me down lol. But I’ll change my review if I notice anything after a full summer. The clips for headlamps; that’s the freaking best. With winter here, and dark when I’m arriving to work and leaving work; it’s absolutely helpful! I’ve already been using a the headlamp and it’s much much better than an aftermarket clip on headlamp. (I’ll get a photo and add it, while I’m using the headlamp)The hardhat is just super badass looking. The matte look with the digital looking print (what? I’m in construction- I don’t know what that is called!) it’s just freaking a great looking hardhat!!!

Well worth it.
After using contractor issued generic hardhats for years I decided to purchase one more to my personal liking, the Klein full brim with attached headlight.I have to say I wish I’d made the move sooner, this is easily the best hardhat I’ve ever used. The suspension is perfectly balanced, so much so that you don’t even realize you’re wearing it. It’s light, comfortable and quite frankly, looks really cool. The vent feature is inspired, keeping the air circulating in the summer and the heat in during the winter. On particularly warm days you can soak the interior and get almost an air conditioning effect with the vents open. The headlamp is also a great feature. It has three brightness settings, is adjustable to send the beam wherever you want it, has a long lasting battery and, of course, is rechargeable. There are also compatible accessories you can get for it, such as a chinstrap if you’re doing work up high in windy conditions, attachable ear protection or a face shield for grinding or cutting. All in all, this is a true five star product and I can’t recommend it more highly. Klein tools are generally considered the Cadillac brand among the trades and this hardhat lives up to that reputation in spades. If you’re looking for head protection, this is definitely the hardhat you want.

This Klein Tools 60347 - Casco hard hat is pretty cool!
I love how it looks with that sleek, black design—it’s not your typical boring safety hat. The built-in headlamp is a game-changer, especially if you’re working late or in dark spots. It’s easy to turn on and off, and the light feels strong enough to get the job done. The hat itself feels sturdy and fits well, though it might take a little adjusting at first. It’s definitely a solid choice if you need something reliable for work, and the style bonus is a nice touch. I’d give it a thumbs up!

Worth every cent
Been wearing the hardhat for a few weeks now and it's very comfortable and the vents a great! I work in a plant in East Texas that builds tank cars for the railroad. On any day there are several 1200amp welding machines running and a few plasma tables in each building. During the summer the temperature inside the buildings regularly reach 110° to 120°. I can actually feel the breeze when the vents are open. The hat is very light and very comfortable. I would definitely buy one again.
