Over the past month, I have definitely observed my skin smoothing-out, and new blemishes have been significantly slowed. If I were using it twice a day, it would perhaps completely clear my complexion, but I am outside active sweating all day, and I prefer not to have anything on my skin (while avoiding the sun as much as possible), so I still get an infrequent blemish once in awhile, which I spot treat with 30% mandeld acid, and with these two small steps there have been consistent and excellent results.I recommend using this on dry skin before getting in the shower. Maybe even let it sit for a few minutes before rinsing it off, as I believe in increased exposure for increased efficacy. And this may be the trick to how I've seen such wonderful results while only using it once a day rather than the suggested twice-daily use.
