One small thing to note is that while it’s unscented, the base cream has a very faint medicinal smell right out of the tube. I have problems with rashes and this was the only thing I found that works to get rid of the rashes. The quality and the price was perfect. I definitely will keep this in stock.

This is a great price, but the delivery was delayed, and I don't like the tube very well. While maybe because it's probably a lead compound the old tubes that rolled up were more efficient to use. These plastic tubes have two issues, it's hard to get to all the compound within, and since they expand when air is introduced, it makes it hard to efficiently dispense. Sometimes I get nothing but air, other times a big glob of cream. The percentage is the max I think for OTC hydrocortisone at one percent. Still, it helped my infectious rash start to fade in the older areas. I can't comment long term because my doctor prescribed Prednisone to help with the large areas of rash, and it works better than the topical stuff. You can't beat the price, but I wish they'd make a better tube for this. Recommended.
