CXRacing Coolant Overflow Tank For 96-04 4.6 V8 Mustang Cobra GT

I will recommend to stay with the factory plastic coolant overflow tank, if your mustang starts overheating, it will make the enter wall push out and press against your radiator fan, that is what happen to me, so I went back with the original coolant tank and I have to purchase a new fan, also the aluminum coolant tank have no low coolant sensor hook up to.

Poor product, 8 months of use and its leaking at the weld seam. I contacted seller for replacement or refund and im being ignored!

Not the greatest quality. Provided cap is rated too high. Tank bulges over time even with a lower pressure cap installed.

It's a nice resivior in craftsmanship and looks great under the hood . It doesn't have the bung for the coolant level sensor but neither do any of the other aluminum resiviors however it has a coolant level sight tube that none of the other resiviors have and it's 50 bucks cheaper than the bigger brands like moroso . You will need a hose though for the radiator vent so it vents down and not straight out .
