Good soundbar (great for money) - no comment on fans
Speaker bar is good for the money (I paid about 8 at wally world) - I didn't buy it for the fans - however the fans are doing duty as airflow enhancing risers for the components in my AV system. There is little to no lower end on the speaker but that was expected for something the size of two lipstick stuck together end-end. However the highs and middle range is actually fairly good. There are precious few options for tiny soundbars and I feel that this one offers very good bang for the buck.

Ouch!
I bought this because my laptop has a habit of overheating. The sound bar was an added bonus. The products themselves are OK. The fan is quiet, but also not too powerful. My laptop has still overheated, but it does help a bit. The sound bar amplifies some, but it's not earth-shatteringly loud. The biggest drawback on this item is the USB plug itself. While it's great that it doesn't block the USB port on your computer, the edges are EXTREMELY sharp! I have sliced myself on 3 different occasions where I have drawn blood. I will probably take some electrical tape to it so I can save myself from the pain and excessive band-aid use. Unfortunately, that will render the extra port useless.

Good soundbar, not good fan.
I got this setup for a friend who was looking for a soundbar. He was also thinking of getting a cooling pad for his new laptop. When I found this, i thought it might fit the bill. And if it turned out not to work, I wouldn't be out by much. This came in two peaces. the soundbar and the cooling fan. Cooling fan? I'll get to that later. The soundbar is good, it fits on an 11 inch laptop screen and sounds good. I wasn't expecting much, but compared to speakers that sound like netbook speakers, it sounded much better and filled a quiet room. This alone, I would have payed the $7.99 for. I was expecting a cooling pad for alptop to set on. Whagt I was was a cooling fan with four rods to put on the corners of the laptop. If the fan is running you can easally get your finger or hang stung by the fun. With this said, I don't think I'll be putting my laptop on my lap with this fan in place. Get this set for the soundbar if you're lookinf for something to make netbook speakers sound better, don't get it for the fan.

Was not satisfied with product. Speaker is junk and fan is junk.

Not bad.
A heckuva lot louder than my crappy Chromebook speakers, and sits nicely on top of the screen so it doesn't take up much space.

Surpringly Good Sound!!!
I bought this at my local Fry's and I was fairly shocked at the speaker's sound quality and volume. I have an Acer Aspire One Netbook and while I love that little thing, the speakers are absolutely PATHETIC!!! The fan works as expected, although I see no reason for the LED lighting built into it. I guess it will please the kiddos. The only "issue" that I have with this is that I must first boot the the netbook and THEN plug in the fan and/or the speaker bar. If I attempt to boot when the unit(s) are plugged into a USB port, it starts audibly oscillating and keeps the netbook from booting. I'm not sure if it's just the combo of this product and MY netbook or what. But it's no big deal for me to just let the netbook start to boot and THEN plug these in. BTW - The fan part has a "piggy-back" plug design, so if you are going to use both, you don't take-up two USB ports. Even with the "boot-quirk", I DO recommend this due to the sound quality and the price. Sold under the "ArtDio" name by Kinyo.
