Little workhorse!
I recently revamped my home workstation, but having 2 monitors connected to a laptop that's nearly 5 years old was proving to be a somewhat inefficient setup, so I started shopping around for mini PCs. I initially had a different model from Beelink in my cart and happened to see this one in the recommended products right at the last minute; the specs were too good to pass up and I went ahead and spent the extra money. Setup was simple and fast. I like that it came with Windows 11 by default but that it was kind of a bare-bones installation without a lot of extra Microsoft bloatware. I've got one of my monitors connected via the HDMI port and the other connected via a HDMI/USB-C DisplayLink adapter; at first, the PC wasn't recognizing this monitor for some reason, but after restarting it to allow some other settings to take effect, the DisplayLink works just fine. I'm glad to have 4 USB ports as well. In terms of performance, everything is very fast and smooth; apps launch quickly and run well thanks to those 32 GB of RAM. I use my home workstation for working from home part time, which includes a remote connection to my office computer and a variety of Zoom/Teams calls and meetings, and this PC handles all of that well. I did have a little bit of an issue getting the new version of Teams installed, but that was more of a Windows 11 problem than a problem with this actual PC. One of the other reasons I opted for this model with more processing power and RAM is because I also do a fair bit of graphic design and am often handling large Photoshop files that my laptop sometimes struggled with, and so far they've all been a piece of cake for this little guy. I can't really speak to its performance with games (I'm a console gal), but I haven't had any issues with ordinary video streaming. It's also a very quiet little machine; I do have it mounted under my standing desk so that might kind of muffle any noise it's making, but I rarely even notice it making noise at all.Very pleased so far.

I bought this model 3 yeas ago for home and just bought it again for a second location. It is fast boots up in about 10 seconds and handles Windows 11 perfectly.

Excellent but Bluetooth keyboard issues at first
excellent machine. compact form factor. had issues getting my Logitech MX keys mini keyboard recognized in Bluetooth.... I tried everything and it just would not get recognized in the system. a big problem when you're first trying to sit up the computer and if they type in yext fields doing setup. I had to hook up a USB wired keyboard to get through the setup process. then I went and bought a new Bluetooth keyboard and this one was recognized during Bluetooth search and pairing.surprisingly this little box has never gotten hot yet not even hint of being warm. the two USB ports in the back are really in tight quarters that can make it difficult to take one USB dongle out while both ports are being used. everything else is positive and this thing's pretty speedy and absolutely crushes they file transfer speed that I used to experience on my older PC. make sure you take notice: there is no VGA port for a monitor on this box. I had to hook up my monitor via USB but it's working just fine. overall a great purchase at a reasonable price for this much power and RAM.

Cpu failed fast.
The media could not be loaded. I bought this computer Feb 2023, now its September 2024 and the cpu has failed in less than 2 years. Does anyone know if these cpu's can be replaced? Or is this a 550$ dollar paperweight. It was great before the critical failure. Websites support tab is broken... so this is the only way to send my grievances. I Do not reccomend.

The monitor is the computer and drive unit.
I love this device it is the best computer I have had it so small it mounts to the back of my TV in just a small corner with Velcro. I also mounted a 5 TB drive to back of the TV with Velcro there are plenty of USB ports and HDMI Ports a couple Cat 5. It was about350.00 I can't remember what I paid for the drive. Great price on both . It's always cool it's has a gaming processor

Nice little box
This thing is tiny, but seems to work awesome. I am very pleased with the speed and features. My girlfriend says I should wait longer before I submitt a review since I have only had it a few days, but it seems pretty darn nice. I wish it had more USB ports in the back, but it isn't a big deal.

Fast, Quiet, Small. Some Games too.
11th Gen i5, 16GB DDR4, Intel Iris Xe Graphics. and 500GB M.2 SSD Hard drive:It's eerily quiet and has not heated up. The CPU idle temperature averages about 40 C which isnt bad at all considering all the components are crammed into such a tight space.I added a spare SSD drive which slid right into a built in pocket that's inside and use one of those free back up programs to keep all the Windows library folders (Pics, Docs, etc) on a timed backup just in case the M.2 main drive every goes belly up. (Ive read this M.2 drive isnt the fastest compared to others but it seems just fine at the moment)Gaming-wise, I was able to run Portal 1 and 2 at 60fps and feel this might be topping it out. I dont think it'll smoothly handle anything heavier than Half Life 2. It isnt meant for newer FPS games of course.I ran a few Edge Browser tabs of 4k video simultaneously, no problems. (I didnt install any other browsers, just keeping everything stock as this is for my mom). Multiple Office apps don't even make a dent in performance.Beelink makes a few cheaper models but I wanted this thing to at least play a few FPS games from the 2005 era and the 11th Gen i5 with Iris Gfx during the time of purchase is the best I could get under $400. (Actually on sale for $327.00 + tax. )

Excellent replacement for a large desktop
So far this little system has worked very well, both daily use and fairly heavy graphics work. Have added additional SSD and USB hub (wish it had more ports built in). It's very quiet, small footprint and an extremely quick startup. WIFI and Bluetooth all work well with a range better than expected. So far an excellent all round computer.

Good Product, less than average support
I had an initial issue with this product where it was not displaying output to my monitor. I contacted support first to get their opinion, but I am yet to receive a response.Ultimately, the intel integrated graphics drivers are not playing nice with my monitor (Sceptre Y27). Not sure whether its free sync or overdrive, but disabling HDR, free sync premium, and overdrive allowed me to get display out (although it is buggy, having lost display once when opening Chrome.). I tried connecting this to my 4k Sony Bravia TV and it works perfectly. It's an annoying problem but not the fault of Beelink, as my monitor also has issues with my ps5 (unable to display 1440p 120hz) so buyers, beware of Sceptre monitors. Now to the actual product. I bought this for office use, and so far it has been quite good. I stress tested it by playing a bunch of 4k videos on YouTube, opening a multitude of word and excel docs, teams, outlook, and a lot of tabs on chrome and there has been no stuttering and most importantly no heat build up (I was most concerned of this small PC's thermal performance). It makes the windows 11 experience very smooth and overall positive. The build quality feels premium, and the ports are more than enough for the average user. Wifi 6 is amazing. My only gripe is that the USB-C port is data only.I will be monitoring this over the next 2 weeks but so far real world use seems spectacular. Aside from my initial annoyance it has been a good experience, and so I will change my rating from a 1 star to a 4 star. I will not rate 4.5 or 5 star because of the lack of responsiveness from customer service. If the performance keeps up and I have no more technical issues, I will say that this machine is very well worth the price.
