Great addition to my kitchen.
High quality. Nothing to complain about. Cooking surface Larger than normal 12 inch pan. Your usual lid will not work but this does not bother me. Very happy.

Uneven interior?
If you put your hand inside this pan, you will feel some tiny dots pop up throughout the interior, unevenly. Quality is not good for a nonstick pan this expensive

Loud cracking noise when starting to heat up
I ordered this wok without realizing its being sold from Amazon UK. It took us a.whole month to receive it. But eventually we got it and tried to cook our first meal with it. So i poured some oil and put in some minced garlic. And as i waited for the garlic turned brown, i heard some loud cracking noise continuously. I was actually startled and got scared and turned off the stove before garlic turned brown. It looks to me its a defect from the manufacturer. Seems none mentioned the same in the reviews. My husband the next day wanted to try it again. After he let.it cracking for a while, it seemed to stop. But still it a defect, I don't want to take any risk and return it.

The tape on the bottom
The tape on the pan’s bottom is hard to remove when it arrives. Feel annoy since it give me extra workload

Will no longer purchase this brand that I have bought for years. Greed. This is a ridiculous price. Boycott the brand.
