I have been taking these pills for about a week and I have noticed that my appetite has decreased and I feel fuller longer after I eat.  I haven't noticed any weight loss yet but I am going to continue to use and try to update if there are any changes in my weight.  This is a good product to try if you want a decrease in your appetite.  I received this product for a discounted price in exchange for my honest review.
