Excellent value for edely mother simple to use as a phone.

Very easy to use and set up. Good little phone. Happy with it.

I've given 4 stars due to the instructions supplied being inadequate for an elderly person with no previous experience of mobile phones. I had to write out step by step instructions for my elderly Mother, whilst navigating the phone. Once she has grasped it, the phone will be simple to use. The SOS button is a great facility as is the speed dial. Also the simplicity of opening to answer and closing to hang up. More detailed instructions are needed as not everyone will have someone to help them.

Bought this for my stepfather after he saw something similar in his Sunday newspaper for over £100! He finds it easy to use and being hearing impaired he actually gets on very well with the sound quality/volume. Camera quality isn't great but that's what you expect at this price.

This item was recently purchased in October 2025…. It was bought for my elderly father & now there seems to be a problem with the battery life… every time he charges it overnight & comes to use it the next day, it has very little charge in it about 2 bars… any idea why this is happening?

Bought this for my 85 year old Mam as an alternative to a smart phone as she could use. Really good phone, does the job, Big buttons and numbers so she can see easily. Worked first time when switching on. Easy to use and text. Texting is old school so take a while but for the cost can't go wrong. Been using for last 6 months and still going strong. Ideal for older person who just doesnt want a smart phone.

I thought this phone was very user friendly and I particularly liked the unmissable alerts on the outside for missed calls and messages. Unfortunately after a few months it developed a fatal fault. When a message was received the phone switched off after ringing for a fraction of a second. I was able to retrieve the message but if I was not present when the message was received I had no knowledge that the phone was switched off. I had an identical phone before which developed the same problem. I thought it was a fault with the phone so purchased another of the same model. I now realise that it must be a design fault and unfortunately it renders the phone useless
