I do like these vitamins as they don’t leave a fishy aftertaste in my mouth when I take them. I think they are worth the money you pay for them. I can’t really say how effective they are at this point but I believe that Nordic Naturals is a trustworthy company and I have faith in the vitamins.

Great product. I had my Omega 3 checked for the first time over a year ago. It was low at 3.7%. I started taking 4 capsules a day and after 6 months I ramped up to 12%. Didn't need to be that high, so dropped down to 3 capsules and am holding steady at 8%. Omega 3's are so important and I am so glad that Nordic Naturals helped me to dial in to exactly where I want to be.
