I eat a diet that is home made and whole food but I do not eat much meat. I did not really think I needed this. However I do seem to have more energy . I will be buying again. This multivitamin is not the same as many. Reading the ingredients is necessary to find best for you.

These don't have iron in so good option for me as I can't take iron
Advised to use these for good vitamin maintenance/joint care by medical practitioner. Slight downside they have an odd smell but have got used to this now.

Top supplements
I've been taking these supplements ever since being initially prescribed them by a Harley Street homeopathic consultant twenty years ago. They actually do work in pepping up the system when the body is run down or recovering from a course of antibiotics. This is a superior product to many of the off the shelf products. They work for me but you will have to find out if they do so for you.
