Very nice jewelry armoire in a variety of color finishes.
This jewelry armoire is very nice, but the packaging was not very good. The box arrived with a lot of damage. Luckily, the worst of it was on the back, so the minor damage is not visible from the front.

Beautiful
This really is a beautiful piece of furniture. The color is lighter than the picture shown, it’s like a reddish cherry wood color. The drawers are kind of small but I guess it’s because of the round shape. The compartment for the necklaces is very pretty as the pieces hang from the inside not directly on the doors, I love that!Very happy with my gift ♥️

Looks good
It’s really pretty and I love the black. Had a couple of nicks on the side no one will ever see, but I just painted over it with my black nail polish.

Damaged but still nice...
The first one we received was damaged from shipping, holes in the boxes went right through the back of the jewelry cabinet. I processed a return through Amazon who quickly sent a new one. It arrived the day after the first one was picked up by UPS. The second one had damage on the bottom by one of the feet. After looking it over I decided to keep it because it would not be noticed and I don't expect it to get worse. That said, I really like it! It is a tad lighter than the photo, as I was hoping it would match the cherry armoire that it is sitting next to. I don't mind as much as nothing completely matches in my bedroom. There is plenty of space and all the drawers and liners were in perfect condition, not one scratch or flaw. What I like most about this one is that the necklaces do not hang on the doors and will not be swinging back and forth each time the doors are opened. This is the only one that I found that does this and that makes it all the better! I fully expect this to be my last jewelry box and it sure is nice to have all my jewelry in one place for once!

It's Pretty
Overall, it's a beautiful little jewelry armoire!Pretty, fairly sturdy, and fairly well made when you consider the fact it had to be painted black and shipped here from overseas.I ordered it and had it sent directly to my mother.I will preface this story with the fact that she does, indeed, love it, and all her jewelry fits in it.Also?I'd like to take a moment to say that the people answering the phones at Amazon are absolute rock stars. :)I give them major props. The first little snafu was that the armoire was dropped off in the middle of my (older) mother's driveway. Not the front stoop, like when I get things sent to my house. But this is neither Amazon's nor the seller's fault (lookin' at you, UPS).My senior mom had to lug the 65-pound box into the house, but once she did, she said putting it together was easy. The next little snafu was that there was a noticeable scratch on the lid of the armoire.Amazon were again rock stars, and they sent out another cabinet. They even put in a request that this be delivered to my mom's front door--a request that was deliberately ignored (thanks again, UPS, and yes; that is sarcasm). It was again left on my mother's driveway. This time, her neighbor helped her get it in her house.Amazon requested that my mom simply replace the scratched lid with the one from the new cabinet, package it all up, and they would schedule pickup of the damaged cabinet. My brother helped with that part. Easy enough, right?Amazon--it's not really their fault; they say it's new software--scheduled pickup for a certain date, but the shipping label we were to attach to the box refused to print. Sending the label to my mom also resulted in a blank page, as did asking Amazon for assistance. They said it was blank on their end as well.I had to fill out a shipping label online after a form was sent to me. That was sent over to a fairly new affiliate Amazon is using for the return of heavy items.I then received 4 different texts, all with different pickup days. The company picked it up, with the driver carrying their own label, because we never did get one to print correctly. The day after it was picked up, I was called and told they were on their way to pick it up. I gave the driver the good (?) news that it had already been picked up.The next week, I got another text, stating they were coming to pick up the cabinet. LOL!I called Amazon to report it had been picked up; they forwarded me to the other company, and I was assured the cabinet had already been reported as picked up.Despite it being a bit of a "who's on first?" situation, all's well that ends well. My mom is happy; I am thrilled with the customer service at Amazon--they need raises--and the cabinet is exactly what she wanted.
