I’m a PT and I used them from the morning to the evening.I had to change the insoles for 2 reasonFirst one flat footSecond the initial insole was too “heavy” at the end of the day my food was so tired, when I changed the insoles it felt amazing, the shoes feels light and the material is perfect, I’m also lifting with them and the large base is really helpful for the balance!
