My sons watch will not charge.We were able to charge it on the first use but now it will not charge.

If you didn't have it very long then return it. I had the same issue. Since it doesn't take long to charge and lasts a long time, this time I'm only going to charge it for a couple hours and unplug it. I read somewhere on a similar watch that you have to ONLY charge it for 2 hours or they stop working. I'm not sure this is the case but it's worth a shot.

The watch died completely and now the looping timer is gone. I can’t find any way to contact the seller to resolve this issue. Can anyone help?

We were having the same issue, and I literally just figured it out. If you hold down the button while the watch screen is blank it'll bring up the Cd option.

Quality too poor for the Price.

The watch worked great for a few days and then started displaying faults such alarm ringing even when the watch is not worn.. to now giving no alerts. It’s way too highly price for the quality. I am not sure if anyone out there has experienced it work for more than a month.
