Maybe I got unlucky
Ame with a scratch towards the top center of screen, cannot notice it when in use but a white scratch on a black off screen doesn't look nice.Secondly, the light bleed along the top edge of the screen is horrendous, especially when the you are working in Windows dark mode/games /moviesThirdly the box was delivered repackaged with messy sticky tapee around the openings to keep it secure, somebody didnt even attempt to carry out this task with care'Purchased a few months ago and I wasn't going to write this, but the more I use it, the more it annoys me

Great looking monitor
The monitor is really great looking. It's incredibly slim, stylish and the ergonomic features or adjusting the height and being able to tilt the screen are great. It's got it's own power source, which i've read is better, and i use the HDMI cable to link it to my laptop (with an USB-C hub adaptor)My only issue is that i'm pairing this monitor with my Macbook Pro and the different between the screen is quite big. I wish i could set a resolution on this monitor closer to that of my Macbook Pro. To be honest i haven't decided yet if this was going to work out for me.In hindsight, given the price, i feel i shouldn't have expected the same screen experience than on my expansive macbook pro, and a cheap monitor is what i was in need of. So it does the job, in an elegant way.But if you're looking for the same macbook pro quality display, think of increasing your budget.***Update a few months later: I ended up keeping the screen. For the price range it’s the best combination of quality, style and ergonomic features. The difference of quality between my MacBook and this screen doesn’t disturb me as much as I worried it would. I easily switch between the 2 screens when I work. I’m very glad I got it, it’s made working from home and entirely different experience. And since I don’t have a large space, the slim and discreet design of the screen makes it fit in my living room without destroying the space!

HP - WORST SERVICE EVER
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Bought 2 of these. They are great units but one of them was faulty. Spent over an hour on phone to HP who refused to return the item. After discussing this with them they offered a refurbished unit as a replacement which in unacceptable. HP service is abysmal and from here on out would stick to any other company to purchase computers or computer accessories.

Reasonable price and excellent quality.
I was looking for a cheap, good monitor, to use together with laptop and I didn’t lose it, it looks simply gorgeous, the installation took a couple of minutes, of course there are better options to find but for me personally this is a reasonable price and excellent quality.

This monitor is presenting issues.
The monitor was good at the beginning, but sometimes it started to flashing, I changed the cable, the power line, I tried with different devices and the issues was increasing. Quality of picture, it is good, it is not wow. the weight is really good due to it is really light and narrow, so, you design it is really good.I have contacted the customer service, and they simple denied any help. They said that it is possible to exchange it if there is in stock the same model, obviously there is not in stock.I requested to changed for another one even paying the different of money, they said that it is not possible. After two different agents, I requested to speak with a manager and he was totally rude, copy paste all the same answers and said no and we are not responsible of your eyes.I would not said that you can buy it or not, because in my experience was short and also not good one with its warranty. So, you can try it but in a place that you can be covered.

Good picture and nice looks, but a BIG BUT...
Dont buy this monitor if you expect that you can connect it to a monitor arm. I did and now Im stuck with one that there is not single monitor arm on the face of this planet that is compatible. You need to prepare to be able to stack enough books to get the correct position and never again touch the monitor once you have found a position that works. What were HP thinking?! I an only assume the idiot who missed the VESA connection on the back has now been fired and the cheap price is because HP are clearing the warehouse of this idiotic mistake.
