Worst quality or defect of this lock one is not opening as you can see in the video and other is easily opening and now i am stuck by locking the shutter.also i have to call a key maker pay him double charges and get the lock open. Not trusting to buying this things online.Can't even return it and not willing to replace it as i can't trust this thing again.at first i thought i was using other key but no i was using the right key.europa is well known brand for locks but i doubt that it is genuine or not.
