get rid of it, its a terrible phone. bought it for my wife a few weeks ago.not easy to use. for£90 you can get a smart phone, more user friendly and a full size screen. i,m looking now.

Keeping the phone closed, turn the phone round so you are facing the back (The camera should not be present). Pop open the back and remove the battery. You should then see a silver sim bracket present.
