Nice Quality and Help!
This is my second pair of compression sleeve from DocMiller. They are easy to get in and off and provide the right amount of compression for a long day on my feet. I also use them in the evenings when my legs are tired and sore.

You don't know you have them on!
I drive for a living and I also take BP meds. That being said, the both are the cause of my Edema.I can't wear compression socks because my feet get too hot. These sleeves were the answer to my prayers! Not only do they fit well, they are so light I can't tell I have them on.They have just the right amount of compression. They do not itch at all.I don't get too hot in them and my feet barley swell. Because they are not a full sock I expect some swelling in my feet. I also sit right behind the motor while driving and all the heat just sits at my feet. I liked these so much , I ordered two more pairs. I have not washed them yet so I couldn't say what the outcome of that would be , however I have faith they would be just fine.

20-30 compression is strong, ankle band is tight.
20-30mm is a good strong compression, somewhat difficult to take off because the ankle band is pretty tight. color is as depicted. my only issue is i wish they came in petite. the large fit my legs fine but they are 2 inches too long for 5’2” female. i had to cut 2 inches off the bottom because they bunched up and caused several indentations around my ankles.

Great!
Very happy with these. Very comfortable, lighter weight than many and yet really do a good job with compression. Can wear all day in comfort. Good product.

Too tight at the top
I really, really wanted to like these. I'm no stranger to compression socks, and these are one of the few calf sleeves with medical grade compression. I love the compression up my calf, and it fits well at the ankle. So I can't take a larger size. But it is too tight at the top of the calf. The socks squeeze, roll, and/or bunch--and I don't have big legs. I just needed a little more room up there. I've been wearing them for a couple of weeks in the hopes that the top would relax just a smidge, but no. Which, under normal circumstances is ideal! Unfortunately, I think I have to retire this brand.

Great product, great value, too!
My doc said I should wear these compression sleeves, so after checking out many brands and sellers. I decided on Doc Miller. Glad I did. Great fit and comfort. Getting the job done. My only suggestion to the buyer would be to know that the colors will appear lighter when you get them on than they look in the sample photos. Makes sense due to stretching over the calves.

Size Matters
When it comes to compression socks or sleeves it all comes down to size and product quality. If you 'make-do' with a Large, but need an Extra, Extra Large, you're going to be uncomfortable and hate wearing the compression sleeve or sock. Unfortunately, most stores and many online vendors do not carry a true Extra Large or Extra, Extra Large size. The Doc Miller brand carries a wide range of sizes and their products appear to be true to the size they are labeled. Measurement for compression therapy is normally done by measuring the circumference in inches of your calf at its widest point. Match that to the correct size and you will have a comfortable fit. My affected calf is 20-21 inches depending on whether its a good day or not. That matches to the Doc Miller XXL size. I also have short legs, but found the XXL size wasn't too long to use once I sized the circumference. The Doc Miller line also appears to be of good quality and has lasted through several 'wearings' and washings. Like all quality compression items, you still have to wash these by hand--compression therapy items can be sized to be comfortable, but they are still a pain in the butt. You are, however, much more likely to wear a compression sleeve or sock appropriately sized, and for a longer period of time. Undersized sleeves or socks are so uncomfortable most people can't wait to take them off and will tend to put off wearing them, defeating the purpose. One other advantage to getting the correct size for your legs is that they are not impossible to put on. Yes, it can still be a struggle--They do compress after all, but it sure is easier putting on something made to fit as opposed to something that in reality is as much as three sizes too small.
